I train at the New Orleans Athletic Club and if you are also a member there maybe we can train together! If you are new or returning to fitness, it maybe beneficial to have a few sessions with a trainer to learn how to use equipment and learn the correct form. If you have reached a plateau in your gains consulting with a trainer can help you break through to new heights. Perhaps you have a gym in your building that you avoid because you are unsure what to do in there. Allow me to show you around. Perhaps you are looking to change your body composition, loose weight or gain muscle, allow me to design a program to match your goals.

Let's Get Moving
Personal training is personal. Every client is unique and requires specific interventions to help move them towards their goals. Often, I work one on one but can be as large as groups of 5. I am a mover, so I can come to you if you have access to equipment, or if you prefer you can meet me where I train and use that equipment. Not ready for weights and machines? No worries, we can work with calisthenics and train using body weight only.
